TWIN BOOSTER SYSTEM

  • Sprudel Twin booster systems consist of two identical Sprudel Multistage pumps connected in parallel and mounted on a common base frame and a control cabinet with motor-protective circuit breaker and integrated controller. Sprudel to ensure reliable operation, the booster system must be fitted with a suitable diaphragm tank (60Ltr -200Ltr).
  • Automatic pump operation is based on system demand and controlled by pressure switches (one for each pump) When a tap is opened, water will be drawn from the diaphragm tank.
  • The pressure will drop to the first cut-in pressure, and the first pump will cut in. As the consumption rises, more pumps will cut in until the performance of the pumps in operation corresponds to the demand.
  • Max. Current: Three Phase: 16A
  • When the water consumption falls, the discharge pressure will rise to the cut-out pressure and the pressure switch will cut out one pump and as the consumption falls, more pumps will be cut out The most robust pump designed ever for water pressure boosting 75 Start / Stop per hour, High efficient motor with Horizontal multistage centrifugal pump and Liquid temperature from 20 degree C up to 75 degree C CED Coated cast iron parts - free from corrosion, Long life components are of corrosion and wear resistance stainless steel, Highly Reliable Compact Design, wide Performance Range and Silent Operation The Sprudel Twin booster systems are designed for pressure boosting of clean water.
  • Examples: Villas, Bungalows, blocks of flats hotels schools.

Protection

Constant pressure via integrated speed control

  • Cascade control and pump alternation
  • Dry-running protection
  • Easy installation
  • CONSTANT PRESSURE : The integrated speed controller keeps a constant pressure in the pipe system.
  • CASCADE CONTROL : Cascade control ensures that the performance of the booster system is automatically adapted to the consumption by switching pump on or off.
  • PUMP ALTERNATION : Pump alternation ensures that the operating hours are distributed evenly on the pumps over time.
  • EASY INSTALLATION : The booster is easy to install. When the booster has been connected to the pipes, it is all a matter of plugging the plug
  • Dry-running protection is very important as dry running may damage the bearings and shaft seals.
